Once an athlete, Luke’s body has endured multiple implants, 3 pecs remaining in his torso, another 3 stitched onto his leg, battles with an ankle misalignment from surgery and chronic cardiac arrhythmia, having to learn how to walk all over again with disabilities. Today, Luke stands as a certified personal trainer, a lifeguard and a Taekwondo black belt. He knows what it feels like to rebuild strength from scratch. and that’s exactly why he champions bite-sized goals that add up to life-changing momentum.
